Task: Validate Service Level Agreements
This task validates and confirms the Service Level Agreements with all stakeholders. It also validates Operational Level Agreements and Supplier Service Level Agreements required to support the Service Level Agreement are complete.

Main Description

The Service Engagement Initiation Lead must run the Service Level Agreements through the Delivery Manager and the delivery needs to seek agreement and then finalize and baseline the same. In addition to the Service  Level Agreements,  Engagement Manager (Transition) also needs to validate the Operational Level Agreements and Supplier Service Level Agreements with the internal as well as external stakeholders, and confirm that Operational Level Agreements required to support the Service Engagement Model are complete, agreed  and baselined. The validation must ensure that the Supplier Service Level Agreements contain the correct measures, targets from third parties, reporting and assessing mechanisms ,thus allowing the Service Level Agreements to be achieved.
